Coach O

Coach O was born in Honduras and grew up in Jersey City, NJ. Always one to pursue his passions, Omar has dedicated well over a decade into learning and developing his craft. He has worked his way from intern to successful business owner in Jersey City and currently in St Petersburg FL.

Coach will preach patience and discipline to his clients in and outside of the gym. Omar has always enjoyed witnessing the growth and development of his athletes.
