Sessions are an hour long and are designed to build both physical and mental strength. We Strong has been described as perfect blend of strength training and high intensity training. We focus educating you while develop your training techniques and habits. Training programs rotate on a 16 week training cycle . All training levels are welcomed and can be properly accommodated.
