WEEKLY SCHEDULE / 1 HOUR SESSIONS

5:30 AM & 6:30 AM / MONDAY - FRIDAY

9:00 AM / MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

4:30 PM, 5:30 PM / MONDAY - FRIDAY

8:00 AM to 11:00 AM / SATURDAY
